a dog barked and clashed its face head first into the metal mesh of the fence as two feline figures totted by their mouths crammed with herbs from the neighboring garden. "Geez Starsong if i'd have knows how far these herbs where i would have told you to find another cat to be your escort!" the slightly larger looking one meowed, though she wasn't fat, she was just fluffy, hand her fur was puffed out twice it's normal size against the cold. the tabby she-cat, somewhat slimmer and less fluffy then the grey white and black snow-shoe female gave a light giggle as she lead the way through the maze of twoleg nests over to the edge of a low lying fence. both she-cats put down their loads and looked to each other before they turned their heads around the corner, there by it's self was a little twoleg kit. "Uhm... Starsong is that thing meant to be by it's self...?" the tabby medicine cat shook her head and stared at the toddler as it tumbled around in the snow, soon enough the cats hear the yowls of a twoleg mother and the kit thing looked around and giggled running to the fence and opening it somehow from a seemingly invisible hinged door then running back into the garden. "I think its okay now... imagine if one of their monsters had come just then!" starsong exclaimed rolling her eyes. "They need to look after their young better." skyfall nodded and picked her herbs up once again "Come one starsong, i'll catch a chill if we stay out her any longer." the medicine cat picked up her herbs and laughed "YOU? catch a chill? with THAT fur of yours?! hahah i very much doubt it skyfall!" with that the two she-cats made their way back to camp, tail's held high with pleasant convocation scattered between them, it was a nice break from the every growing threat of the sickness, and starsong welcomed the chance to take a little bit of the stress off of her shoulders.
