Once you have paid for the adopt it belongs 100% to you and you are free to do whatever you want with it. You may change the design, make it a species, or even make profit off of it. One thing that I ask though is that you use it at least once. It's not a must, but I love all the designs I make and I hate to see them go to waste. ;u;
