Here's another character i was asked to design by . For this I was asked to go with a bit of a "newsie" look with a bit of an update and i think that went rather well. anyway, this was done on paper first and later in painter and photoshop. enjoy ^__^Related content

I like the earth tone color scheme of the image, as well as the soft shading. I think my favorite part is the line work, because I can never seem to get my line work to achieve that look. Is it redone on the computer or a straight scan?

it was redone in photoshop. i find it gives it a bit of a clean edge.

Cool.
I love the warmth of the piece, it seems to have almost an inner glow that emanates from the wings and encompasses the whole of the figure. The cloths are very well draw, not over detailed and definitely very well colored to match with the scheme of the piece.
In general a very nice composition (at least I think thats the word)

I try as best I can. I hate it when people just post "Wow." or "Thats Awesome." Not that I get a lot of critique, but it pisses me off because the little I do get is like that, and therefor useless. So I do what I can to give people good feedback.
