This does take place has MLP S2 EP2: The Return of Harmony Part 2.

Story:
After Discord got Twilight under his magic: Lightning tries to get her back to her positive side again: But fails, Lightning: Twilight? But Twilight keeps walking to her home, Lightning starts to feel sad and then starts to go grey. Now in Twilight's house; She throws away her element of magic tiara and tells Spike that they are leaving Ponyville. However, Spike starts regurgitating a seemingly endless pile of scrolls from Princess Celestia, which turn out to be all of the friendship reports Twilight had sent to her during her time in Ponyville. After reading her own friendship reports, Twilight remembers the importance of friendship, regains her resolve and colour, and sets out to restore the rest of her friends. She goes to find Lightning at his house, but finds his room empty, she then finds him at the Train Satiation with his stuff and his brother. She uses her magic to stop them from getting on the train. Lightning says hi to her but in a sad way, Twilight apologises for what she did to him before and then gives him a kiss on his cheek making his colour return. Lightning gets back to normal and then hugs her, Twilight tells Lightning her plan. End of the Scenes
