Backstory In This Universe:
Fine and Pasquale had a fun childhood together, in kinder garden: they got gotten their quirks revealed at the same time, with Fine having water control abilities, after taking the Entrance Exam; Fine goes to class 1-B, Fine was able to get along with Yosetsu Awase in his class.
Quirk:
Water Control; this allows Fine to control any amount of water that's within 20 feet away from him.
