Backstory:
At a young age: he wanted to be a doctor, but he keeps failing when it comes to the human biology system, so he decided to be a Doctor for Pokemons, he studied hard to learn how each Pokemon works. He passes the test with flying colours at the age of 18, but sadly he gets the news of his mother's critical illness and wasn't able to survive, when his dad got remarried; he didn't wanna look at his step-mom fearing he might lose another mum, but when Atsuko was born: he thought to begin digging in the Poison Type Pokemons to find a cure for any illness. 1 month before Sapphire arrives to Kanto with her family and friend; He gets engaged to the Pewter City's Nurse Joy.
