I missed it because I had 2 exams to study for. I also missed Emi's birthday, so I'll probably do something for that if I have time.

This is Rin Tezuka from the visual novel Katawa Shoujo dressed as Raiden from the video game Metal Gear Solid 4
Raiden is like the only other character I could think of that had no arms and I thought that the idea of Rin dressed up as him would be funny
