I have no words to describe how happy I am right now. Shadow is my favorite Sonic character, and more than likely one of my favorite game characters of all time. It's been over a decade since his last playable appearance in Sonic 06, and I had resigned myself to not getting to see him playable again. And now...in my most anticipated Sonic game ever, he's COMING BACK. Even if it's just for a few levels, he's FINALLY playable again.Forget everything. THIS is why I want a Switch.

You know what makes me mad? Rather than being grateful that Shadow is playable again, everyone in the comments section was complaining about 2D gameplay...

That's a bold statement. Regardless, there are rumors going around that Silver will be playable. Not sure how credible they are, though.
