The site even says to consider them fakes until proven otherwise. I'm sorta on the fence with these, and kinda think they're fake. However, Rowlet's final evo here looks REALLY amazing and creative. The only one I don't really like is Litten's since it gives a fire/fighting vibe, which gives Rowlet an advantage over it. But it has been growing on me.
