I know this is a Snow White Reference but I was thinking more of a Boothill Boys like vibe from that picture. Here's and interesting fact for ya, the Boothill Boys from America Sings can be seen in Splash Mountain near the big drop taunting the riders as they enter Brer Fox's lair on Chikapin hill.
