He's half bobcat...he's much bigger now than he was when I took it...figured I start simple and work my way back from there...

I'm hovering around the 180 lbs mark these days, so about 40 pounds heavier than when I competed last year. Its amazing what having good food and a relatively stress-free environment will do to you
