Well i wouldn't say a ton of layers, i have a custom set of brushes that i made for quickly creating atmosphere in B/W, then two layers of overlayed color, merge, do more detailed brush work, then i duplicated the background and did a fresco filter, erased some of the top fresco... and yeah. experimentation

Very nice and agreed with Spiral. I hope for a fact those people that tried to submit those DON'T win.. It's annoying and wrong to photoshop an original screenshot from the game itself. I do hope that you win or other who are smart like you to submit something original.
