I'd say a little more depth of field on the flower in the front, otherwise... incredible detail! Very nice!

wow, the expression, colouring of the mantis & even the position of the mantas' arms makes it look like a beautiful but deadly predator, as if it's saying 'you may come near me, but things won't nessesarily go well for you...'

Wow! Realy? Awsome chance photo! I'm amazed that they stay where they are when they see the camera, I'd have thought they'd try to escape. Well, I'll keep watching for more

we get one or two a summer where I am now...sometimes they're green and sometimes they're brown...probably different species. I actually caught one ON my hummingbird feeder!! [link]
