So quick fun-fact was this was gonna be a re-draw of an old ollie outtie piece I did awhile back, but I got hit with the inspiration to use warriors cause it was wholesome enough O u O)b

ALSO YEAH HELLO still not dead but the art-block has been killing me tremendously that I haven't had the need to want to do anything. I've been really just not in a great mindset for the last few months and I tried to sit down and just draw, to think of a simpler time. So I just worked on something I've always known and where I got a start to begin with. Warriors Into the Wild was the stepping stone into a deep dark hole that I would submerge myself for years because it came to me at a really good time. I was a lonely kid who was made of frequently for my love for cats that I was always just called 'Crazy Cat Lady'. My mom bought this on a whim that I left in my closet for an extended amount of time until I discovered old Warrior Cats AMVs and REALLY old animated versions of people who tried animating this very book. It was then I actually grabbed it and never felt such a great connection with something or felt so lost in a world before.

So for that, I'm glad I had a place to belong to. That's sort of the inspiration of this piece, is just a good memory looking back on and all the characters who followed Firepaw and believed in him. It's just an overall...feel good picture I wanted to give sense of nostalgia.
