In this universe, Hulk throws the weakened Ultron to Outer Space rather than to the ground. Ultron crashes on a planet far from Earth, with no ability to get back. Eventually, Unicron comes to devour the planet. Noticing Ultron's full potential, he offers him power beyond hid measure in exchange for his servitude. Ultron accepts his terms and is reformatted to a Transformer, renaming himself Scourge.

I’ve got two facts that could support my theory.
1. The Transformers comics were published by Marvel Comics.
2. The Maximals and Terrorcons are from the future. The Maximals used the Transwarp Key to travel to Earth in the past. Somehow the Terrorcons came up with a way to travel through time and space.
