Based on a crossover drawing of Eva and Doctor Who by Alex-kellar, i experimented a little with designs if the Daleks and Cybermen got involved

EUC (Eva Unit Cybus)
Recently downloaded the blue prints of the Eva units, the Cybermen used NERV's tech to convert their victims into Cybermen, and converted Eva Unit 04 into the new and rebuilt Cyber Controller, built to lead a new cyber army into a full scale assault on Japan.

Lucifer: Dalek / Angel DNA hybrid experiment

It wasn't easy, but when the Daleks captured some of the Angels for experimentation to merge their DNA with Dalek DNA, this experiment became a Dalek super weapon dubbed "Lucifer", with the Angel DNA and Dalek DNA merged into one, this led to a special type of Dalek casing with the Angels' supernatural abilities built in, with these newly found powers, the Daleks could conquer the whole galaxy within minutes!
