Upon suggestion, Ember has arrived at where to meet Chrysalis' (Cadance) "friend", the Changlings' lair. And Chrysalis' friend is none other than Chrysalis herself!Ember reveals to the manipulative monarch that she's not just mad at Twilight for ignoring her all the time, but also every pony else in her life. Sure, she had her beloved parents, but poor Ember's always felt like she's invisible, like she doesn't belong anywhere. Since she's BORN with a cutie mark, Ember has no idea what she's ment to be. Not to mention she keeps all her feeling to herself.
The creep Chrysalis offers to help her be recognized throughout Equestria, if the Younge filly promises to do a few small favors for her.
Filled with anger and envy, Ember willingly accepts! Becoming the Changeling Queen's new apprentice!
