Love the pose it's always a pain in the ass to draw a character in a pose from the mind assuming that's what you did of coarse.

Yeah I've been drawing gohan over and over and over again for the past 2 years. So I understand how much of a pain it is just to even come up with a pose. But tell me more about this artwork I am curious. How'd you go about drawing it and coming up with the pose?

Well, I draw a really basic sketch (on paper) of his body, head etc so I can kinda get the pose in my head to paper just to visually see how it is going to look. Then I erase that sketch completely once I've got my idea of exactly how I want him to look(sometimes I'll leave it and erase it as I go). Then I will usually just start with the head and work my way down. I'll use a reference though for things like his hair or clothes. just to make sure it's drawn in the right style as much as possible, I also will use pictures of myself haha for reference for like the arms to see how they would look on an angle or how they would like this etc. Although I haven't because I'm lazy but will in the future it's usually good practice to look at anatomy sketches of the human body to understand proportions and how the body appears on certain angles, also looking at alot of dragon ball artwork whether it be posters or manga or whatever for that matter, it will assist in being able to visualise and come up with your own poses.
