Description "ColorCubed" is a screen capture taken from an interactive 3D exploration of RGB color I made in 2015 with Unity3D.Β  RBG colors (red, green and blue) are not opaque pigments. They are what happens when different colors of light are mixed together. The RBG color cube theoretically contains every color visible to humans. This cube contains 216 colors. It has open spaces so you can see what's going on inside. Want to stand on green and zoom to pink, seeing the colors in between? Want to watch the colors revolve around you? Very nice - I checked this out on bitsong - very nice. Β  I *really* liked the summer day. Β  I'm thinking I need to learn Unity soon.

Thanks, I'm glad you enjoyed Summer's Day.Β  Unfortunately, support for the Unity Web Player plugin is dying.Β  I think Explorer is the only browser that still supports it.Β  Unity has a new browser format out that uses WebGL and works without a plugin, but I was unable to convert "Summer's Day" to the new format Β Β  I hope Explorer keeps it going for awhile.Β

Actually - I was able to watch it on my Mac w/Safari downloading the Unity plug-in - worked quite well.

I'd have to go and check - I think it's a combination of stock sounds from Sibelius plus some 80's/90's vintage synthesizers.
