Haha, I guess I have a new game to add to my favorites! Despite how simple this animation may look, it was a headache and a half to make the cape actually collide with and interact with the body. A fairly simple model, little bit of texturing, and a smidge of post-render adjustment makes it all come out right.

By the way, if you haven't played Hollow Knight, definitely give it a try. It's a cross between Dark Souls and Metroid in that it has a huge world to explore and super tough, precise combat with beautiful artwork and a lovely soundtrack, plus a neat story that leaves a lot of interpretation up to the player. Like I said, it skyrocketed itself onto my favorites list.
