By popular demand, I bring you the front view characters from Final Fantasy VI... I'm pretty sure eventually I'm going to do all sorts of poses for these guys since it's my favorite game, but right now the front shots are sufficient... ^^I present Locke, General Leo, Strago, Terra, and Cid looking all at you and stuff...

You got Terra and Locke right, but the other three are General Leo, Cid, and Strago... just like it says in the description... ^^
Obviously you know Terra, Locke and Sabin, but General Leo (army looking dude) was a Reluctant Goodguy who just so happened to be working for the badguy...
Cid (Raincoat guy, ironically nothing to do with airships) is the chief researcher for the empire (badguys) who's research lead to the creation of the magitek armor (Terra wore in beginning of the game)
Strago (the old dude) is the only playable character out of the three you didn't know, he is a wise bluemage who naturally knows magic, he and his granddaughter are from Thamasa (a town later in the game)
If the furthest you got was Sabin, then I recommend you play a few hours longer... it's still my favorite game and I've played alot of games... ^^ (also thanks for noticing)

Hehe! My last character was the guy that came after shadow (you know, the one that has a sword charge move that kills the enemy quickly). After that i crossed my path with that wretched train and I stopped playing... What fate huh?

Yeah that would be Cyan... he's cool, but charging his sword techs gets annoying, well unless you have the battle on wait, then it's just that... a waiting game...
Still recommend playing it again though, the Phantom Train part isn't that hard, just level up some more if you get stuck, that always helps... ^^

Currently I'm getting caught up on everything, computer-wise...
I'm steadily finishing Lich 16bit FF
and I'm looking for a new job, work-wise...

That's obviously suppose to be FF : DoS (damn colon capitol "d" emote)
Anyway... honestly anything that pays more, with my car payment, car insurance, rent, school loan, utilities, gasoline, and other expenses I litterally have to work overtime just to get by... if I get the standard 80 hours, I have to make sacrifices... which is crap...
So, yeah, given the circumstances, I like this job, and i'm glad I've had it this long without getting fired, but it's time to get one that pays a bit more... if not a lot more... ^^

Many of us are like that; much to pay but no money. I understand you dude, eventhough I don't have to pay all that but I still have many debts that are simply hard to pay.
But don't worry, life still goes on for us. Just because we have debts doesn't mean that the world is coming to an end, it simply means that the end of the world is closer... (just joking with you; get it? haha?? *exhales*.)
O.K. I have many problems in life (who doesn't), but even so we have to be at least a little bit happy. Enjoy life as it is and you will see that life has to offer you allot more than what it is giving you right now. And don't worry about that job, if it is going to benefit you, you will have it; but if life knows that you are going to be harmed by your new job...
Keep waiting dude! You'll see that the sunrise after that dark night of storm will be the most glorious sunrise you've ever seen!

And I do like my job, the hours are great and there is opportunity for overtime (which is severly needed, eventhough it cuts into my already small amount of freetime) - I just feel (and know) that I am just a body to the company, I was not hired for my skill...
Which is why I'm looking for a job that actually depends on my skill and my ability to perform said job, the pay is the bonus that makes the incentive to look harder...

You know you can use your talent for whatever you seem fit in using it right?
You can even use it for gaining money and friends! I know because I usually use it for practice, one of the many things you CAN do with art.

That and it makes the "hand-eye-coordination" skill I put onto my resume a true statement... ^^
But as for thanksgiving, probably just eating dinner with my Dad, stepmom, and sister... Nothing special, just the norm...

Oh! but it IS special! You CAN give THANKS because you have a family to be with, not like others (...) that don't have much of a family to go to (I'm NOT talking about myself, I've just seen some horrible cases).

I guess when you put into perspective... yes, I have lots to be thankful for...
But on the flipside, I've seen some pretty extravagant Thanksgiving and Christmas celebrations, where all types of family and friends from everywhere fly in to have dinner together, and they make it a huge event... in that comparrison, mine is just a normal one... nothing too flashy...

The hama grey is the same as the perler grey (only very slight, almost not noticable difference)
I think you are refering to the Hama Transparent black... a must for any 16bit sprite...

Probably, and yes it is very necessary as I have had nothing but trouble with 16bit sprites and shading

You realy pick the right colors with Locke since his spirte colors are so off... all the ones other people make look blonde.

I agree... when I first wanted to make him and was about to copy someone elses bead-sprite from flickr or something I noticed that he looked odd...
and then I got a sprite sheet and saw the error... I'm glad I don't think about copying other people's stuff anymore and just make what I make...
But out of these five, I really like how Cid turned out (and any other sprite with that crazy yellow in it's pallette...) I mean, I used the same colors as the facing left one, but the yellow is just a better fit than the traditional yellows...
And Locke is my favorite FFVI character, which is why he's #1 on each of the FFVI sets... figured I'd say that... ^^
