The OC's name is Bleine and he belongs to and
I adore this character. He is so cute. I have been wanting to draw him for sometime now, but just got around to doing it and since I just finished it and the contest was still going I though what the hell. Might as well put it into the contest.
I hope I didn't make him to OOC. If he is <_<. I don't know much about the character. I just think he is cute ^-^
