This is my entry to ~ea-lec , and possibly one of many.

Name: Alfred Chalmers

Species: Human (ex)

Background information: Alfred (Not his real name; he chose it from a book) is a Revenant, a person resurrected upon death to accomplish a final task. Unfortunately, he suffers pre-death amnesia, so he has no idea what that goal might be. All he knows is that he woke up just outside Bogus' bar, and figures that the EA-LEC may have something to do with his fate. So, he battles, hoping the next one will be the one to free him from his undeath.

Weapons: Varies, but he always wields: His revolver, Lucky; His shotgun, Jinx (Sawed-off, single action ten gauge, wielded pistol style); and a steel rod an inch and a half in diameter. He has a variety of rounds for Jinx, such as high-powered flares, rock-salt shells, for when he doesn't want to kill, in addition to the traditional shells and slugs.

Special Abilities: As a Revenant, he cannot truly die until his goal has been accomplished. He can heal any flesh wound, but lost limbs must be at least sewn back on. Despite this healing factor, he still is in a perpetual state of decay, and wears obscuring clothing to hide this. (His head is wrapped in bandages for the same reason)

Personalty: very down-to-earth, almost to the point of depression. He is certainly somewhat cynical; if you died, and found his fate in store for you, you'd be bitter too...

He has a soft spot for literature, for no apparent reason.
