My room's a mess, my mind is sore,

I cannot think clearly anymore,

Instead of a heart there is a hole,

And I just sit around, staring at the wall.

The clock is ticking, but there’s no action,

And there is no utter satisfaction,

There is nothing to the world I can show,

I let myself completely go…

I want to live, not just exist,

I do not wish to lose myself in this mist,

I need to inhale the cold winter air,

And exhale all the despair!

How many days more to lose,
Is this what I choose?
I am wasting all this precious time,
To waste it all would be a crime,
I should go out and make a dime,
But then who will write this dark rhyme?
