I love ramen, so I had to make this base~! The original image was Mashu from [C], which I have no idea what it is, so if you know, please tell me about it. c:x-x Rules x-x

Well it's sort of common sense by now to credit the base maker, hmm? If not that would be wrong and unfair to the creator of the base, and the creator of the original image.
