I don't know how much time has passed since I last made a serious drawing. Anyway, here it is, my latest work! It's a revision of my 2nd DD, which I made three years ago. I don't think I've improved much, to be honest. I just changed the style, but that's it; in fact I think many people will like that one more than this one. I tried to make something new by drawing that seahorse creature, however I'm not too convinced xD Well, I hope you like it, and I'll try to draw more

Pues te ha quedado genial! Aunque digas que no has mejorado, si que se nota mejora en el color. Te atreves a tocar más mezclas, como los azules de las sombras que antes no hacías (en el 1º digo) De todas maneras, ambos dibujos están bien y son diferentes técnicas de coloreado. Creo que la estrella esa de la derecha es lo más raro que veo, como que le falta algo, aunque no sé muy bien qué. A pesar de eso, está muy bien construido y me gusta que le hayas añadido el caballito de mar, aunque creo que el ojo de este desentona más, no sé xDDD
Sigue así! Y dibuja más cosicas! ;D

This one does show noticeable differences, I can say the ocean water on the horizon is sparkly as it should. You also added more blue than before, mainly the reflection off her dress. Although the inclusion of a seahorse is fine, I think it doesn't have to be included. I mean the seahorse is pretty much blocked by her so we don't get to see too much of it. Overall, I think you nailed it once again Zakk. =]

I wanted to include the seahorse as her "pet" somehow, but I guess I shouldn't have drawn him behind her...

Pues mira, yo sí que veo una mejora. Los colores son más vivos y definidos que en el de la DD y te diría que hasta está muchisimo mejor trabajado.
Y te tengo que preguntar. Has estado practicando anatomía? porque tras ver este dibujo te puedo decir que has mejorado un montón. Y te lo puedo decir porque acabo de abrir el de la DD a un lado y lo estoy comparando.
Prefiero mil veces este por que tiene muchisimo más dinamismo(el personaje por lo menos), más definición y sobre todo, lo que más me gusta, más colorido (o saturado, como quieras llamarlo xDDD)
Realmente te puedo decir poco para mejorar en este dibujo, a lo mejor añadirle efecto atmosférico a las aves del fondo o en su defecto difuminado de movimiento a las que están más cerca de la "cámara"
Pero en serio, me ha encantado c:

Más que practicar anatomía, lo que hago ahora es esqueletos de esos antes de empezar a hacer el dibujo, porque antes dibujaba directamente todo.
Ay, lo de desenfocar las que estén cerca debería haberlo hecho, shit XDD Pero bueno, luego si me aburro intentaré ver qué puedo hacer.

"I don't think I've improved much" Yeah, sure... xD
Looking back at that DD, it looks more like an evolution than a change in your style. There's something about the way you do the lights and shadows now that makes the character more... tangible (i don't know how to express it).
Even if that first version looked awesome, I personally like this one much more. The way you detailed the lips for example, it makes the character more realistic without steping aside from the anime style. There's a ton of improvement right there, even if you can't see it.
I liked your style before, but now i'm amazed. Keep it like that!

Talking about my improvement... I just feel that I could be so much better now if I would have practiced more. Just look at those two drawings I've left on the message box of this deviation; there's only a year of difference between them. But anyway, thanks again!
