Hay Lin from comic and television series W.i.t.c.h. crossover with Japan's video game and anime Valkyria Chronicles.

I'm willing to try lots of things to make the girls look epic ^^. I really like Hay Lin's new power's hair, so yeah drew this. This kinda works for me cause lately I'm been thinking of drawing a fan art for Valkyrie Chronicles.

So yeah, hopefully you guys like it! ^^
