Hon trust me, I've seen at least 50% of ALL Pokemon in diapers. (Including things like Wailord and Groudon) People love the concept.

Basically the premise is that ABDL is seen as a plesantry, and Pokemon is an increadibly popular franchise that also makes people happy, so by combining it it might be even more fun. A good example is combining french fries and chocolate milkshakes. Two items that people may or may not like, and seem like would be very strange to combine, yet people like them together. As for if you don't understand the interest in diapers, you might just have to research the psychological studies behind it. In a way it's kinda similar to guys that like to wear panties and stuff in a way.

Something that could go into consideration is some people like them, the reason why I do it is because of my incontinence and, it's a feeling of comfort when people like what I do, some people sexualize over them but it can also be for cute stuff, diapers are mainly for using but you don't need to, it could be just comfy clothing you happen to like, I hope you understand.

Well some people try out of curiosity. It is honestly best explained through personal experience. I've even had friends put one on out of curiosity and had a lot of fun, which led to doing it again. Great for stress relief and all.

I’m an AB/DL artist, AB are peoples into regression, and DL are peoples into wearing diapers for fun, if I can explain that like that. I drew mew because they were easy (Do we use “They” for an genderless living thing?). And well, in a diaper because of what I told earlier.
It’s sure surprising for peoples who aren’t in this, to see a character they like/used to like in this situation, and I’m thankful for asking why instead of saying “lol go hang yourself tard”
