that was actually a hoax, this episode hasn't even aired in russia yet (The last time I checked). the picture of ruby with a mustache is fake, whether or not they'll use male pronouns is unknown (although pronouns for ruby are only used in the second episode she appears, which is a lot father ahead that jailbreak).
