Description
I evolve in the creative emptiness of my surroundings. Inspiration gone, my mind finds reasons to create in the shelter of my autistic world. All nude in this weak oasis and my feelings as well, I'm trapped in the jail that I silently build.-----
This is oil on canvas. I used an airbrush fed with diltuted oil paint to paint the sky (there is nothing moe dirty than doing this). I made very few sketches before painting it. At the end I don't like it that much, it looks wonky to me, the hand and thigh on the right look ugly. But there is lot of meaning behind, i just hope you'll catch it.

Every night before i go to bed i scan through deviant art to find something that i can end my day with. This here has given me the most intense emotion that I've felt in a long time. The poem that goes along with this, the last sentence "All nude in this weak oasis and my feelings as well, I'm trapped in the jail that I silently build" that one sentence is sticking with me. Thank you so much for creating this its truly amazing.

It's almost like the figure is at once trapped by nature and at one with it. As if nature is this half broken thing one must struggle against and foster because nature is bound to us just as much as we are bound to it. The colors remind me of an early Michael Whelan painting. Beautiful.

And not just the quality of the work inspires me, but the fact that you are autistic. My little brother is as well, and I hope someday he can achieve his potential to sing as you have achieved your potential to become an artist.
Sorry I have no meaningful critique (as I said, I'm no artist) but I thought the feeling really came through in this piece. It touched my heart.

i like the use of blues and greens,it makes the rest of the painting pop out at you. it reminds me of a piece i saw at the university of arizona art museum that used orange and yellow to create the illusion that the painting itself was giving off light.

I'm truly not trying to be perverted, maybe I misunderstood your description...
But, when I see this, I think of masturbation. "I'm trapped in the jail that I silently build" it seems too convenient that the newest branch he is building, (or what seems to me "the jail", since the other branches already built are slowly imprisoning him) is right where his genitals would be positioned. He seems fascinated yet bothered, disturbed.
Also, your comment caught my attention, ".. the hand and thigh on the right look ugly. But there is lot of meaning behind, i just hope you'll catch it." ... I think I may just be messing up your punctuation here. Were you just commenting on how accidentally they came out ugly? Or did you mean, the right hand IS ugly and there is meaning behind why its ugly?...

wow this is absolutely amazing. i like the idea, i cant really put in words how it makes me feel. it makes me kinda feel like we should focus more on what our body and minds can do and focus on nature instead of putting all our time into working and pointless things that todays society had made important. I also like your fish you put in alot of your pieces

Before I clicked on full-screen view, I thought the blob of water this man is caressing was a dolphin's head. Which would mean that he was using the force of his spirit to turn an empty desert into a sea full of playing dolphins.
Even though I was wrong about the dolphin, I think I still understood the spirit of the painting. Creation is bringing beauty out of emptiness,transforming barrenness into plenty. Since art is a solitary activity, an artist can be trapped within his artistic world. His profound communication with others ironically reinforces his isolation. That could be the reason for the beautiful branches which hold the man trapped in place.
