Download the Win7BootUpdater from the link in the description (make sure you use the CORRECT version, i.e. 32-bit or 64-bit depending on your version of Windows 7), and where the program lets you select an animation, choose the folder (not the file)that you've extracted (it must be the ONLY ACYIVITY.BMP file in the folder).
Don't forget to enable testsigning! Always try in Virtual Machine first!
