Great colour although very third rule procedure.
another thing taht the third rule also implying is that gives the distance from the bottom edge about 1/3 the distance from the top of the page to the closest subject.--in which was not really on your picture(as you evenly divide the top and bottom)
While the third rule is good, it's better to break out of the rule--it makes picture looks more lively.
A way to make this better is to take it horizontally-- in which will give you an odd looking composition, but still gives the message accross.
Another thing is that the best sunset pictures are when the sky is cloudy-- you'll have more colour than just orange.(which will also make the sea looks more colourful.)
