Oh there is a reason, in my version of this Kanto, Kanto people talk, read and write in Korean, that's their native language.
The reason you can read the speech in English but all the written texts are in Korean is because that's their natural language, and if I wrote everything in Korean only the Korean speakers would understand it.
It's like Anime, they spoke in English in the dubs but all the text was still Japanese.

Hehe there's been hints of korean in previous pages to :3 I'm just making it feel like it's natural and not 'in your face' cause in my headcanon, Kanto natives speak korean, so signs and such will be in korean (if my friend doesn't mind...translating...Orz)
