In the future due to miniaturization things get smaller, quantum gaming computers exist and railguns can be mounted on tanks. Like this small guy.

It's design company Zany Taxi decided that it could be sold to anyone for the right price. Even their rival company Duke Victory managed to scoop this up under their noses with a shell corporation. Also many heads of state scooped these up for their security forces

I guess this may have had a role in inspiring it. but definitely the Hopper Tank from the Rise of the Reds mod. It should be noted that it is the future when the short tank is deployed so it is a autonomous drone.

Why do I keep re-uploading this... I thought my OCD was getting better.
