Every morning she does various athletics with Dashie who also encourages the feminine and pretty clean Twilight to have lapses in manners and hygiene to show others she isn't afraid to get down and dirt when necessary and to toughen up her immune system. Dashie also encourages Twilight to become less reliant on beauty products, polish her nails less often, and to wear sneakers and socks over her petite feet, suggesting that tomboys don't show off their feet to look cute (even though AJ is sorta a barefooter and Toph Bei Fong did it constantly while being cute in fan-art at the same time). Rainbow Dash herself is lightening up her tomboy ways and becoming more feminine for Elusive; but she's still a tough athlete with a soft center.
