So I love giving CC. ~The-Daring-Darling had posted this WIP and it featured wind blown clothing. She was having issues and I figured it was the perfect opportunity for me to try and make my first wind blown skirt. Lots of references and flashbacks later I came up with this, which I then posted to share with other people at Glam. *HeatheryAmethyst suggested that I should upload it here, so go blame her for this.Related content
