Theyre stiff and floppy kinda the consistency of big cow ears but they have a velvety coat over their whole body

Mobile as in where r they physically capable of going? They have the anatomy of a human but were a biological creation of a cave dwelling race to be a mindless slave race. When the tatauren dug to the center of the caves mountain they became conscious and aware and gained their freedom from heir makers. Bread with a desire to learn and understand,the constantly are working or exploring

..... ooooh i see well yes, their ears, though stiff, are entirely mobile, but the muscles that move them are not strong enough to lift them entirly. Mostly though they remain idle swaying at their sides
