I just wanted to doodle Irid hunting in their home land. While they aren’t fast swimmers consistently they have a very fast “launch” and their hunts usually start on ice/land before entering the water.

They also lure whales and sharks by facading as helpless prey animals before ambushing a curious hunter

needless to say this is a completely fictional species lmao

theyre bulky and mainly muscle with a small layer of blubber. Their tusks are for functure tough skin or a layer of blubber. They’re not solo hunters usually and prefer to target prey in groups.
