Making a thoughtful sound, Databyte studied the bundles of wires. A sharp, pointed finger delicately traced one thin wire to where it disappeared under the grey armor. More fingers joined as they dug into the mass of cables, lifting up a few. How unusual, he hadn’t spotted these cables before. Usable.

A static-filled agonized sound left the subject as the mech suddenly pulled his hand away, taking a good chunk of the wires with it. Databyte allowed himself a tugging in the corner of his mouth. Why make such a sound when it had no feelings? Silly thing.

Wooden was the first to 'commission' me, just after the whole thing with commissions started for me, which was before I had the price list up.

Her request was to draw Databyte (TF Prime style), killing dissecting Eradicons.
It was my absolute first time drawing Prime style. And I LOVE it! Somehow it kinda suits my style.
Prime is fun to draw |D
Though I didn't do his 'cold, uncaring' personality justice... And how did I make him look like an actual mech?

I haven't established 'mine' shading style yet. And I was trying to badly copy the Prime thing, so this was a test. I rather like how it turned out.

Anyways, my point was, never expect this is what every commission will look like. I challenge myself, I try new things. I suppose it's one of the disadvantages with a relatively low price.

And look, BACKGROUND! Sort of... yeah, not my main focus, obviously. I hate backgrounds...

I always liked the idea that the Eradicons just weren't simple drones. I mean, they can talk, can they? They hesitate following Starscream, one got annoyed with Wheeljack...
