Full view is best!This was an interesting find! I moved a flower pot that was sitting on the brick and found a bunch of hibernating bugs... and whatever this is! The frost was only just starting to melt, which made all these neat little drops.

Some types of plants have seeds adapted to spread by wind (anemochoria). Maybe this is it?

Actually... I found out that it was some kind of fungus growing from a dead slug. Ew.

I really don't know what this is as in 'nature', I could of course assume what kind of man-made fibers might be...But you said it probably grew. A bit scary those spores.
I like the that you allow a large full view and chose to use a DOP; I want to say - 'I wish there was more light', but in any case its a really nice capture.
