Description
Hi guys! I wanted to do a tutorial since a few people have asked how I get my macro shots. It's the first one I've ever made, so go easy on me please! If you use this or plan to in the future, please favorite. Better yet, leave a comment--would love to hear feedback!! Also, if you want, please share your results so I can see.
((Also wanted to point out that you don't have to have an SLR camera to do these shots. Sure, the pictures will be a better quality with an SLR, but a point and shoot can generate amazing shots too! As long as you have a macro setting, I encourage you to give this a go!))

great tutorial! I've used a similar technique in many of my water drop & pretty macro photos

This is really helpful
I don't work with water drops, but I do use glitter and I'd never thought of using a make up brush. Thanks for the tip!
I really like the CD idea too, especially for maximizing light. (I have so much trouble with lighting, ugh! Bane of my life )
As for your first tutorial, it was great! Easy to understand and good photos to demonstrate. It's awesome
