Better than a mere Goombule, this is ELITE Goombule from Mario and Luigi: Bowser's Inside story! Seeing that the game takes place largely in Bowser's body, you'd think regular Goombules would be the red blood cells, and these are the white ones. I don't think it works that way though, since there are other things that are considered white blood cells in the game, and these guys only show up for a little bit. They're there after you get a new super move, and can't be jumpred on like normal Goombules. The normal variety looks like a cross between a cell and a goomba, but these seem to be wearing the shell of a buzzy beetle on their head, so they come off as sort of a goomba/koopa wannabe.

I was afraid that this one might be a little too simple, but I don't think its good for me to make all my monster drawings overly elaborate. I guess that's what you get from a single celled organism, huh.
