Decided to go ahead and finish that lineart, it actually came out pretty good. The hair feels a bit different from Vegito's to me now and kinda resembles a SSJ Goku type. Anywho here it is lol.

Kon is a rather calm and collective person who normally avoids fights and people in general. He is easily annoyed however and will forcefully toss people away if they bother him. Living a life of solitude has made him naive to the outside world and everything in it. Kon doesn't seem to care about his mission given to him and has avoided transforming under the full moon by removing his tail. This shows that he cares for the people of the world to some extent, although it could be seen as he doesn't want to go ape on everyone. Kon lives alone due to the fact he doesn't generally get along with people. His smart ass attitude and witty comebacks and comments make him unpleasant company to many. Unless of course you have a sense of humor. Sticking to one island far south of the land, Kon stays there and meditates many hours of the day, pondering on many things. He has begin to question his mission, his fellow Saiyans, and even the laws of the universe. A spark of rebellion has shifted in this young Saiyan and can only grow until his resolve and mission is changed forever.

Those who get to know Kon will find out he is a rather gentle person...to a extent anyways. Much like Vegeta from Universe 7, Kon tends to blush, get frustrated, and complain whenever he is embarrassed, much to many of peoples laughter. He refuses to admit that deep down, he is more human then Saiyan. While he may be full blooded Saiyan, his heart is human deep down. One day, those emotions could erupt into a new power.

Kon employs his fists and legs to do battle. Using swift movements, he uses his speed to his advantage. Being more of a technical fighter, Kon thinks things through before attacking, and is in that regard a fighting genius. Able to adapt to even the toughest situations, and a ever growing power, he is a formidable opponent from the get go. When not close to the enemy, Kon uses his mastery over his energy to fire large scale blasts that can devastate the landscape, or turn one blast into a barrage of them. His utility with such energy attacks is varied and impressive, with the down side being he burns out a bit faster than others. Able to stay on his toes, Kon can land decisive blows in a instant. Buying time and drawing out the enemy is where he excels, to get them to make a mistake first. Regardless of this, Kon is still a Saiyan warrior, something that can hinder him in hindsight.

While he may be stronger than most races in the regard to the warrior race, he also has a fatal shortcoming. He is overconfident, and believes that power is the only solution to a problem. His heart hardened by years of loneliness and darkness, he stands alone in this. Kon can be prone to going all in and blasting his fists away at a enemies face. This is not a surprise if you know Goku and Vegeta from the regular series. Regardless Kon is a excellent fighter and possibly one of the few hopes left for the world.

●Kai Cannon●

●Kon holds back his hand and charges a ball of energy. When lashing his arm at the enemy with the energy, the ball expands outward and turns into a large wave of pure ki that blasts away at what it touches. This is Kon's signature move much like Goku's Kamehameha.●

●Walking on Air Technique / Flight●

●Like all Saiyans, Kon can utalize Ki to fly. How much Ki he puts into this depends on how fast he moves.●

●Energy Manipulation●

●Kon has gained a large amount of mastery over energy. More so to the point where he can fire multiple attacks at once and control them all at once. Using this Kon can gain the upper hand when it seems normally impossible by tricking his enemies.●

●Special Energy●

●Kon has a strange energy that is different from others. This energy is locked away although it is said that this is the reason why his power is rapidly growing. This energy is also possibly the reason why he was able to hurt the King, regardless of how weak and young he was at that point. When angered, it is like a wall breaks and Kon goes into a mind blowing fury. There is a positive and negative side to this. The positive being for a short time, Kon enters a state where his power grows very high, high enough to rival even the most fierce Saiyans. The downside, it only lasts a short time, one to two attacks at most. Kon cannot comprehend things like this either, it is like a Great Ape state except more condensed the and the power boost isn't quite as high.●

●This is where Kon shines the most. Kon is gifted in the art of hand to hand combat. So much so that he can perform quick jabs at peoples pressure points to dissable a part of their body, like a arm for example. This is much like Beerus (Bills) and how he fought the Z Warriors●
