Heck, I love those times when we see affectionate moments with Gaster and Toriel, it's so cute (I'm not saying I ship it, for me it's purely a mother/son thing)

He can open his mouth like Papyrus, but in general, when he's speaking, he keeps his mouth shut. I think Zarla said something like that.

huh...makes sense since he always uses sign language, but i was looking through the rest of the comic and didn't see any other instances.Β also, there was that bit where he had to show Sans how to eat without being able to open his mouth, so I guess that bolstered my belief that his was also a fused jaw.
