Faved this one, but read the whole thing. Super awesome. You still like Gaster in spite of everything...you are a good writer ^_^. Your art style is cool too. I especially like the art shift during the healing scenes.

WARNING THIS COMMENT IS SPOILERS (maybe just fair warning)
Now that I know sort of what is going to happen, I know why Papyrus forgot but... what must that feel like for Sans? Happy that his brother doesn't have to endure what those memories would do to him? Angry or sad that Papyrus forgot and left alone to deal with that pain by himself? I think it would be cool if you made a comic explaining Sans side and how he feels near the end.
