i think that happened in another short Undertale comic. when Gaster tried to play peek-a-boo with Papyrus(i think?), Gaster's eyes went through the holes in his hands and it freaked him out. lol

Baby talk actually is useful to babies though, since the grammar tends to be simple and correct. It's easier for them to learn from due to the voice being silly, therefore more interesting, and the grammar, with small sentences with only a few words, being easier to grasp
