Her general personality is dumb and rather annoying. The fact that she continuously texts you in the game or whatever is ridiculous, and I just hated her after that.

I personally find Alphys to be the most realistic because of her insecurities and social anxiety
she behaves like some introverted people who are not used to having friends do
and she represents the average millennial, being more confident on social media than in person
and obsessing over things she's a fan of
so in that way she's charming to me
but I suppose that's also what some might find annoying about her
people don't like those kinds of character flaws in fiction or fantasy because they're almost too relatable

Gaster is somewhat unknowable the gaster followers in gray, the river person, maybe sans sort of know. Yet he is mostly erased in a way that he could be considered unknowable.
According to Gaster Follower 3 after talking about gaster a bit "After all, it's rude to talk about someone who's listening."
I know listening and watching are different. So though they both imply being around though not being seen.
