Someone was wondering what would happen if someone picked up Sans around Papyrus and tried to walk off with him, which prompted this quick silly doodle. Sans only gets carried when he wants to get carried.
Sans, Papyrus, Dogaressa (c) Undertale: like most monsters sans has a "home" which is just a point in 3d space, and he'll patrol a certain radius around that point, now if you do a trick called "sans raising" by entering and exiting a room then

Nah. He's consciousΒ when he's asleep. that'sΒ why he sleeps so much because he never goes into deep sleep. Because he never goes into deep sleep he can never be fully rested, provoking his sleeping habits. We can see his consciousnessΒ during sleep when you try to kill sans in the Genocide run.

It surely is an option, an unconcious guy can perceive he is being kidnapped or use magic to defend himself.
Kidnapping isnt an option when an all mighty and all powerful god (like zarla in a zarlaΒ΄s comic) is protecting you, teleporting you to safety without you even knowing.

Reflexes are activated without conscious choice. And there is this thing and I have no clue what is its name in english, but I came across term "strΓ‘ΕΎny bod" in my language and it means that people can developed heightened focus on certain stimuli, so they respond even when asleep. Mother being deeply in limbo because of exhaustion, completely deaf to all kinds of noise, but when her sick child starts to cry, she wakes up instantly. Or an instance with a medic during war who after long hours of treating wounded soldiers finally fell asleep, just when some more arrived. No one could wake him with shaking and shouting, then someone tried to get everyone quiet and out of way and calmly told sleeping doctor, that patients need him and he woke up to that. That said, it generaly works that way, that people wake up and Sans looks like he was asleep throughout the whole endeavour.Β

Even if some evolutionary stimuli can awaken you to ensure your survival or the survival of your children, like the mother example you said, even in those rare exceptions, people wake up, yeah, dont actually use complex active abilities while sleeping, the mother wouldnt feed the baby without waking up, neither the doctor would perform flawless surgery in his sleep, but yeah, i can agree with that.

I dont understand the "home" one. Zarla said something about sans patroling around a home (paps) and he basically gets tied to that space. But I think she started explaining how we can see sans teleport back to his home in the game. How?

I like tha vast majority of zarlas comic, so when a new one pop out, i read it, its just that simple.
And i simply pointed a true fact that tarnished the comic, a lot of people tend to give extra powers to characters they like for no other reason than they like them, which makes harder for you to get into the story/comic.
There is nothing wrong with pointing especially visible virtues or defects, i wasnt angry or butthurt, i was simply mildly dissapointed.
Just like you pointed something, so did I,Β I do not know if you misinterpreted the tone with which I said it or not, and frankly i dont care, but it seems it isnt me the one who is butthurt over something trifling.

I say i find it disengaging in a story when character are amped/nerfed for no other reason than the authors whim, suspension of disbelief, and im keeping it.
