I actually prefer them as twins or close to it but I couldn't resist a few more baby Sanses. There's nothing in the game saying who's older after all (and Toby deleted the tweet before you bring it up).I wonder how baby bones eat, they can't really use a bottle or anything. Maybe a turkey baster?

It was a long time ago. Basically, Toby was discussing possible translations of the game with someone else and mentioned that in a Japanese translation, Papyrus would probably call Sans "aniki", aka "big brother." Since then, people have been using this as proof that Sans is canonically the older brother, even though it's never stated in the game. Which wouldn't be a big deal, except any time Zarla draws fanart where Papyrus is the older brother, tons of people trip over themselves to "correct" her, which is stupid because 1. fanart doesn't have to follow canon and 2. it doesn't fucking matter. And now the tweet's been deleted so you can't even use that as evidence anymore.

in my mind, ssans is always gonna be older, but I didn't even know about the whole tweet thing,and I don't begrudge people who believe paps is lover or even that they're fraternal twins. Heck, I know a set of fraternal twins that look nothing alike.
