Something's a little off here...
Gaster always dressed and undressed them so they're used to people taking their gowns on and off. Sans in particular since he spent a lot more time in and out of the tube than Papyrus did.
We've actually already seen the book. Or at least, one copy of it~

This story is so amazing and you've done such a great work with it! I've literally cried and flinched at several occasions. Like when Gaster broke Papyrus' arm. It was so unexpected and I felt so bad for the brothers, especially Sans who had to see Papyrus get punished for hos actions cause he's "too weak". I kinda know how that is so it really got to me.
